Quite often I hear that people telling me dumbell will makes our hand bigger.
Well, I believe, muscle is always better than fats, agree ? I have been practising dumbel for quite sometimes now. My shoulder is smaller (although many believes dumbell makes the shoulder bigger). I'm wondering why ... Finally I know the reason.
Everyone will gain muscle. But not everyone will gain the same rate of muscle. Women gain less muscle then man. Reason is the hormone in woemn for gaining weight is not as high as man's hormone. So, ladies out there .. don't worry about using dumbell .. It;s a good tools to lost weight and looks fit.
Again, let me share another knowledge that I learn from another article. Many may says "I don't want to have big muscle". Well, proteins help to build muscle. When our food contains less proteins, our muscle will also be gone. Hehehehe ..

Aerobics @ Gateway
S'wak Club Aerobics 07
The other day, there are aerobics performance in Sarawak Club, Kuching. Sadly, I didn't go because I need to attend some exam... Too bad.
I got the photo (hardcopy) and scan it. Seems like my scanner is a bit lousy or should I get a new scanner ?? Hehehe ... I think this is the starting where they are doing the warming up. Left right left right left right ... hehehehe ....
I wonder whether the guy behind there is laughing or looking at the gals doing butt ... hehehe ...

Aerobics Performance - in Temple
13 August 2007 is when Judy and I went to a temple (opposite S'wak General Hospital) for an aerobic performances.. I didn't take much photo because I don't know whether we can take photo in a temple or not. I scare, they chase me away.
Ok.. The ceremony begins with lion dance. 2 lion going round the place. While the lion are performing, we took a photo of the kids. They stands in front of the stage in which we need to perform. 3 of them are Donna's children while the big kid are her sister's daughter. They all are at the age ranging from 7 - 15 years old. And I forgot again to reset my camera dates.
When I'm ready to take the photo of the lion dance, it's already over (sob, sob, sob). Then the announcer announce that next items are dinner. Hehehehe ... There are fried rice, fried bee hoon, sweet and sour fish, mushrooms, kailan (I think), chicken wing, fried fish, etc, etc. The list could go on forever! Hahaha ..... I too a snapshot of my food. Wanna see ?
Later our leader came with her plate of food for the kids....
While having our meals, some of the member of the temple performs some singing. Quite nice but I don't really know what is the meaning of the song. It's Mandarin :(
We are the third one to perform. That time, I'm still eating and trying to fish whatever I have fast. The food taste so nice but I'm worried about my diets. (Sunday eat a lot, Monday eat a lot, and Wednesday another dinner) ...
The performance takes about 40 minutes. At the end of the performance, Donna (our leader) performs Pilates. I wish I can bend my body like her. :(
After the performance, they gives us souvenir (I didn't expect to get any souvenirs). It's a small gift and contains my favourite junk food, Mister Potato !!!! Hehehehe .... Not forgetting, the ang pau. I haven't open it yet and let it remains in my wallet as some good wishes to my wallet (wishes to have more money coming in, hahahahaha) ......
When we go down the stage, Donna youngest kid 'merajuk' because he too wants to perform in order to get the keropok. Hehehehe .....

Aerobics in Gateway, Kuching
12 August 2007 marked the day in which I follow my aerobics teacher to Gateway to perform aerobics dancing there. 2 weeks ago, we perform the aerobics indoor. It's so cold inside and majority of us get backache when we got home. Hehehehe ...
We register at the main entrance and got a coupon to redeem some gift. We are all excited but Shannen's sister is much more excited. She register herself 3 times (I think). When we are inside, we ask the photographer, Dickson to take photo for us. Hehehe.. Shannen gave him her emails. Hopefully, he will send us our photo so that I could post it here....As for the coupon, I redeem 1 luggage tag (leather made!!) and one canned food (abalone!!!).... I think this aerobics is worthy!!..It's a very enjoyable time! When we first got there, we have a walk. Shannen starts to take the first bite of the food. Seeing the apple, I took one and put it in my bags (hehe) and later walk around to take some of the food. Actually, I ate my breakfast already but the breakfast there was so tempting. There goes my diets. Haaaiiiizzzzz.....
Later, my instructor came. The first question in her mouth are "No KFC". After that, the second question are "Where is the ice cream?" .. Hehehe ... Shannen, Judy and I just laugh. But I agree, we are also looking forward for the KFC (I am looking forward for hot and spicy drumstick). Later, we took another apple and packet drinks. Hehehe .... We saw some McDonald value meals.. BUT only for kids. Sob sob sob... Shannen sister join in the game and got one of the value meals.
Later, I took one Cornetto (yummy...) and started to bite every pieces of it. On the other hand, I'm holding my Crysanthemum drinks (so tamak ho).
OK. Aerobics starts around 11am. But due to the over excited with foods and ice cream, I can't really do the aerobics well. Feel that my tummy is super heavy.
Later after the aerobics, we eat again... (I think today's aerobic is gaining weight, not reducing weight)...
We went home around 12pm... I bring home 6 packet of drinks, 4 apples, 1 luggage tag & 1 abalone canned food. This morning, I weight myself. I also bring home 1/2 KG of weight :(

Fruits of a Dragon ??
This is not a cactus. It's a tree of the fruits of dragon.
Hahaha .. No lah ... I took this photo from my house. The thing that is inside the plastic bags are dragon fruits. We call it local dragon fruits. The other day, I went to supermarket. They sell it for almost Rm10 per KG. I am so grateful that I have this FREE. At least I save some money in my diet program.
Hehehehe ... However, I am a bit bored eating dragon fruits.. I wonder how does this fruits gets its name. Hehehe..
OK. I have done some research on dragon fruits and think of share it with all of you.
About the Fruits
This fruits are known to be able to reduce cholesterol, helps in digestive system and also prevent cancer. It also have a name as "health fruits". Some more, this fruits have high nutritional such as vitamin C, calcium, potassium and fiber. In addition, it helps in digestion too...
The Plant
Another snap shot of the tree, with 3 fruits wrap in plastic bags...
The plant are 3 sided, resembling cactus, winged with a fragmented vinystem. The plants climbs up to anything that could support them. For those who wanted to plant them, this tree lives very well in soils with pH of 6.3 to 6.8 that full with organic.

An Apple A Day
On the 28-Jul-07, I went to OCBC Bank for Aerobic , organize by the OCBC Bank group. I didn't manage to take any snap shot of the things happening that day .. But, I have this.. Before, during and after the aerobiks, my eye keep on concentrating on a basket of apples. Hahaha .. They look so so nice and delicious!
Apple is a good choice in a dieters plan. One small apple contains roughly 64 cals while a big one contains less than 150 cals. An apple for a day is good. So, keep a good habits of eating apples!

Cakes - Promotion
Well, I know this is totally out from the purpose of my blog, but well, life isn't about diet! We should give ourselves some "merdeka" time!!
Ok..here are some cakes photo. Fruit cakes. Kiwi is one main food that gives us more fibre. Selling price are RM 42 per KG. For those who are on diet plan .. get this as your breakfast (of course not 1 cakes for breakfast!!) ..
Coppuccino Cake - rich with coppuccino. Yummy .. This one looks simple but with the coffee smells, it is one good choice for everyone out there!

Things to do After Workout
I am back with some tips on exercise & losing weight! Hehehe ...
Most people didn't realize that there is things to take note after each workout. Normally, we just rested on the sofa without thinking what we suppose to do. I read some article the other day. In fact, if we just sit on the chair right after workout, we are harming ourselves, slowly. When we gets older, we will feel the suffering of this normal practice.
So what should we do ?
1. Cool Down - this is very important. It simply means, we need to take a few deep breath and let it go slowly to tell our body to slow down. This should not be missed. Worst, if we skip this, we might end up fainted because our body thought it still need the same amount of energy to keep the whole body into workout position. So, please take few deep breath after you finish your workout.
2. Stretching - Normally, after workout, all our muscles and nerves are "tighten". It's like if you sit too long in front of the computer, your neck feels ache. To relieve the ache, we need to turn our head or massage our shoulder. Same goes to after workout. Stretching simply let our muscle relax.
3. Drink Water - Now water is our daily lifes need. But we need more water especially after workout. Make sure that during the workout, we drink some water (not one bottle!) and after workout, we should drink plenty of water to replace back the lost of "water" in our body.
4. Refuel - Drinking 1 glass of water right after workout isn't enough to replace the fluid. Occasionally, we should drink water within 2-3 hours after the workout.

Aerobics or Yoga ?
Some people thought yoga is the best. Some assume that aerobics burns more calories. For me they are both inter-link. :)
Aerobics
It's true that aerobics burns more calories. 1 hour aerobic will burn at least 400 calories. But it's also true that once we stop aerobics, we gain back the fat. Why ? Normally, after aerobics, people tends to eat a lot. Due to the lost of energy, people eat a lot to replace back or to fill their hunger. Once they stop going for aerobic, their eating habits remains. That's why we gain back the weight.
Aerobic teaches us to move our body all over. After each aerobics, we feel extremely tired and our body seem aching. My personal opinion is because our body felt the heat of the aerobics. Same like the heat produce by the engine of our car after the car finishes one round of race. That's why we need to cool down the engine and do some maintenance, else the car will breakdown in short time. It's like if you don't service your car and assume by feeding the car with petrol, it can runs as per what you want. This is wrong!! What am I talking about here ? Well, servicing the car is like refreshing your car.
My personal point of view, that is what yoga do to our body.
Yoga
There are many types of yoga. Overall, they all focus in one thing-stretching. It stretches our bone, body and by using inner strength, we gain more energy. Also, release stress. Last week, I didn't attend any yoga class at all. And I can feel that my shoulder is extremely "heavy". Hahaha .... 1 hour yoga burns around 100 cal, depending on the movement, etc. Although it don't burns much, but it's worth it to include yoga in your list of exercise oh !! ... :)
Hope my knowledge can help everyone up there reach your goals !! Hehehe .... I include this photos because apart from aerobics and yoga, I like swimming too. And this photo is taken in when I went for my training in Johor early this year (the date on the photo are wrong, hehehe)

Meal Plan, Exercise Plan - Testing Testing Testing ...
Hhmmm, maybe because of the nature of being a Material Planner in my company, therefore everything that I do, is based on planning.. Hahahahaha ....
Realistic ??? Hahaha .. Well, I live in Malaysia and most of the food here are rice, rice, rice and nothing but rice !! Some more, my cafe in my office doesn't allow me to have more choice of food. If I am to go out and eat, I don't think I'll have the time to update my little diary here. Hehehe .... Sacrifices are needed..sob sob sob...
Ok! Enough with my crap. Here is my plan for meal. Hhmm, not sure if it's realistic or not. Not sure if it's healthy meal or not, but in this plan, I focus more on vegetables and fish..not forgetting the Malaysian trend of eating riche. Hahahahaa ...
As I need at least 1400 cal per day, I come out with this sort of table. Breakfast here is about 300 cal while lunch is 600 cals and dinner is 500 cals. I put more in lunch because I usually eat at 8 in the evening and sleep at 10 pm .. Hehehe, yeah, I know .. I'm a pig .. one of my hobbies are sleeping actually. Hehehhe ... Independent means that I give myself a "merdeka" time to eat something special. Hehehehe ... Is this healthy meal ?? I don't know but this is my plan. Let's see if it works or not ....
OK. There goes meal planning. And now the exercise planning. After reading the article about metabolism thingy, I come out with one testing (and the guinea pig is myself, hahahaha). Last week, I took a rest of 4 days no exercise but just stay lazy. Meaning, burning less calories than what I eat. Therefore, my metabolism slows down until yesterday. So, from yesterday onwards, until 31st July, I will launch my test. This means intensive exercise to boost up my metabolisme so that my body burns more calories than usual. In term of food, I will try (I mean try oh coz I'm always stubborn) to eat based on my table up there. What matters is the quantity. This mean, I'll eat when my tummy say "hungry", as long the total calories consume isn't more than 1600 cal. After 31st July, I will rest for 4 days. This means no exercise for 4 days and minimizing all my food consumption to 1400 cal, which is what I should consume per day. If my assumption is correct, my metabolism in this 4 days will follow the past 2 weeks metabolism, assuming the "machine" need to work hard for the exercise. So, I will also burn calories here.
In my table, no exercise on Saturday. Well, I am not a robots! I also need a break for myself..this day would be for shopping, playing, sleeping, bla bla bla .. hahahaha ..
For those who wants to follow this, follow at your own risk. I will not hold any responsibility as this is my own planning, not to be follow by others! Also, please please please quit the exercise if your body say "No, I can't take it anymore" .. Understand ?! .. I will also give this advice to myself. Hehehehe ...

What does this picture tell us ?? Well, it's a young lady seeing herself so so fat although in actual facts, she is slim enough.
Some people, thought that are fat although they are so so so skinny. Geezzzz, this world isn't fair !! Hahahaha ... During my school time, I still remember that one of my ex classmate will vomits whenever she eat something. By using her finger, poke it into her mouth and make herself vomits. Gosh !! What the hack! Might as well don't eat and become popeye's wife! Haha ...

Eating the Right Way, Avoid Plateau
OK .. today's lesson!! Haha, talking as if I am an expert. In fact, I am not an expert at all. My degrees don't have anything to do with goot eating habits.
Today, I read an article about the right eating habits and what will happen if we starve ourselves. Just wants to share with everyone about what I have learned.
Yeah, everyone knows eat less calories = lose weight. But sometimes, when we starve ourselves too much, we end up not losing weight, nor gaining any weight. Our weight just stay at a discrete, constant state for ages. When this happen, we lost hope and again, start our old eating habits once again.
Anyway, before we start to give up hope, let me share some of the things that I have just learned. Our body is like a machine that can think and make choices. Like car, when you see that your petrol is getting nearer to "E", you might switch off the air-con, bla bla bla. Same thing with our body. When we consume less than what we actually needed, our body metabolim will slow down assuming that there is not enough "petrol" if it continues with the normal metabolism rate. Therefore, we don't lose weight !! Instead, we might even feel tired, lazy, sleepy, bla bla bla ...
Our body need at least 1200 calories per day to carry out normal task. We need energy to breathe, to eat, to take our bath, etc etc .. All this needs energy. Energy comes from calories. So, if we eat less than per require calories, our body 'halted' and started to slows down.
Well, in the article that I read, when our body stop losing weight although we have control the eating, exercise, etc ... this state is call plateau. Plateau simply means our body has reach a constant state and we will not losing any weight anymore.
Hhmmm, conclusion, controlling our food is right. But too controlling is not right. Same like human, our body will "merajuk" (sorry, can't think of the english word at the moment, hehehe) and stop cooperate with the owner in losing weight!
So eat right, and eat smart!! Fill your days with all the necessary nutrients. Carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, bla bla bla ... and make sure you get enough calories as per needed ! Don't starve yourself!!
Another things to remember. Each time after exercising, make sure you eat something within 30 minutes to 2 hours of the exercise. Our body need some "petrol" after racing on the field!! Hehehehe ... and drink plenty of waters !! Don't get dehydration !!

Diet Plan - Emotional Eater
Ok, for those that are interested in loosing some calories here..
Actually, I can say that, to loose weight is to loose calories and vice versa. It's not about loosing weight but it's all about loosing calories.
Every food contain calories. Even a small apple contain 64 calories. So, don't think that fruits doesn't contain calories. The way to loose weight is to know what type of eater you are!!
I found this website. It helps me a lot in tracking what I eat & what I do and even gives me some motivation and some success story. With this story and motivation, it can helps us to identify how to be success (hehehee, promoting other website) .. :)

When I'm sad, I eat .. When I'm happy, I eat. Stress, I eat .. Bored, I eat .. Sleepy, I eat .. hahaha ...
Whoever, that thinks what I say represent themselves, here is how you can control yourself! Surround yourself with all people who is also same species as you. That wants to loose some calories!! Also, keep remind yourself of those beautiful figure that you wish to have. Keep on dreaming and motivate yourself. Gives yourself punishment when you intend to eat something not healthy and high calories.
But most important, never skip meals!! Never ever skip your meals!! Our body is like a car engine. Without petrol (food), it can't move. So, never skip meal! Eat as healthy as you can. Eating less doesn't mean healthy too. You need to track what you eat. In other word, track the quality of food, not the quantity of food !!
OK, here is my suggestion .. but I follow on the first week of my diet plan (hehehehe) ... Every morning, start your day by having orang juice. Orange contains Vit C and acid (don't what they call the acid name la) .. Then at 10am, eat something light, example fruits. By then, you won't feel tooooo hungry during lunch time. Make sure you have something for tea break too. Something like mashed potatoes is good (less than 200 calories). By then, you won't feel too hungry for dinner.
That's the trick. Spread out your food into few meals so that you won't feel like crunching too much!!

1234 - Counting the Sheep
1 2 3 - counting the sheep .. that's how I feel now .. meaning, I wish I can fall asleep ...
Just had the most spicy ulam in my whole life!! I wonder when will the cafe improve in their food. Not to say its so so super expensive. Some more, when thinking about all the calories in the food, I do not know what to eat at all! Huh...a little bit regret with the research of calories counting yesterday. Hahahaha ...
I'm now counting sheep. The office is extremely quiet today. And I'm catching snake here..Hehehehe ..... I think everyone wants to catch snake in office. This week is the best week for me. I don't have to pretend this week as my boss is on leave. In other words .... YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! MERDEKAAAAAAAA!!!! MERDEKAAAAAAAA!!!! MERDEKAAAAAAAA!!!!
I can surf the net without sneeking around, chating by opening a small screen that only I can see, finding my boss head, etc etc etc...
What a suffer when my boss is here. Trying all my best of being 'good girl'. Have to be very careful and watch out when my boss stands up, and walked towards me. I know that for my hand to move to my mouse and change to other screen, it will be too late and too obvious that I'm "catching snake". So, some trick here.... Alt+Tab is a great help to me!! I can change to my desire screen. So, I will always be doing 'something'. Hahahaha...One more thing .. Mozilla enables me to have many tabs in one page. Hehehe...Cunning me that I can surf few webpages at a time while my taskbar only shows only explorer. Hehehehe....
Hhhmmm..am I teaching people to be bad employee ?? Haha, I don't think so! I guess everyone will do what I'm doing now. Especially when the bosses are here....
It's been the second day that my boss is not around and I am beginning to get bored with the freedom I have. Hahahaha ....
So, is it better with boss or without boss ??? Hhmmm, you decide......

Calories, Fat, Diet Plan, Bla bla bla...huh!!!
Being insane and out of blues about losing weight, I have done a lot of research about how to lose weight, bla bla bla.
Total Calories in our Body
My total calories in my body..yucks when think about it. 1 lb in our body is equal to 3500 calories.. So imagine that you are 100 lb .. You have 3500*100 .... alamak !!!!
About Calories
Ok, here is what I have learn. In gaining or losing weight, it all depends on one word - calories. Fat is also calories, vegetables, fruits, rice, etc .. calories. Lately, this words keep on playing in my head. I take a 20 sen keropok and all I observe is total calories. I eat rice, I think of the research I've done: 1gm carboyhdrates = 4 calories. So if I take 100 gm of rice, I'm taking 400 calories. Walau eh !!!! What to eat ?? Don't tell me fruits for the whole day!!! Alamak .. how to survive leh ...
Ok, in order to achieve 45 KG, that is 88 lbs, I need only 1900 calories per day. If 100gm of rice is already 400 calories, then what about meat, fish and other things? 1gm fat = 9 calories, 1gm protein = 4 calories, 1gm carbohydrates = 4 calories. Hard leh .. how to achieve only 1900 calories per day? But at least I know now how I gain all my weight...hehehehehhe...
Sugar is my worst enemy now. So this means I need to avoid chocolates and candies, which is my good friends since day 1 ... sob sob sob. Vegetables is my far friends lastime and now need to be my best friends. :(
So, in order to burn more calories, here is comes with exercise.
Calories Burn in Exercise
1 hr aerobiks burns 400 calories. Yahoo!! Meaning I can eat more if I go aerobik everyday. But then, aerobik is only 3 times a week. Yoga, only 40 calories/hr. So little!! Even rice cost more than that! Then swimming. 1hr non stop swimming only 275 calories. Aduh, susah susah !! .... How leh ?? What else that I remember ... oh ya, jogging. Good ! Jogging for 1 hr burns 740 calories per hr!! But then that is if I jog in the speed of 7mph. Can meh ??? If can, I should treat myself to Merdeka Palace leh! Walking for 1 hr only burns 240 calories nia.
So, exercise is one choice, but control what I eat is important!!!
Organic Supplement/Food
Ya ya ya ... a lot of people told me about this. To take organic, replacing those yummy food. But then, I'm not vegetarian. I like pizza hut, KFC and most important .. McDonald oreo ice cream!! Okok...more fruits...hhmmm.....
Trick of Food
I read about there are tips of what to take to increase body metabolisme. Citrus!! Meaning, orange orange orange and more orange !!! Hehehehe.. and soya beans can limits total fat in our body. Some more apples will helps also. And another thing is garlic drinks (yucks!!!!)
Conclusion
All this goes back to square one, that is, control what I eat. Hhmm..how to control when my saliva drops whenever I see nice food (true bah, don't you know those born on dogs year have the character of dogs???)...
OK, my friend tell me this trick. Put lotsa nice figure of gals photo in my room, and keep thinking about how nice to have such figure. Hahahaha .. later people thought I'm lesbian. Hehehehe ...

Crazy of Aerobik / Losing Weight ?
Hahahahah ....Guess from the topic, it sound like I am a total freak!!!
Well, I just remember one funny thing that I do last week and guess maybe I just include it here . It's about how crazy my brain is just because of aerobik. Ok, here it goes. My office hour ends at 5.30pm. The aerobik class starts at 6pm. It takes about 5 minutes to my car and 20 minutes to drive to the aerobik centre. In this 30 minutes time I need to change my clothes as well.
This is what I do. I wear a short sleeves shirt with another outer shirt on every Tuesday and Thursday. This solves what I should wear on upper part. As for the down part,.. hahaha .. this is the most interesting and funny one. I wear skirts to work. In order to save time, I change to shorts inside my car! Hahaha..lucky that, so far, no motorcylist ever saw me doing it! Hehehehe .... How I do it? Easy! Pray for red lights whenever I reach the traffic lights. Then stop the car, pull the breaks, put in my shorts and take off my skirts. Hehehe ... Anyone have better idea how I can change and get to destination in 30 minutes time?

Two Giants in the Atmosphere
Last week, 2 guys from German came to my company to learn about the capacity system. If compare my size with them, I feel like a small ant in the big jungle. They are tall and big!! I wonder how they could be so tall and so big size, and I am so short and so small. I think, maybe in their mind, I am like a little kid at their hometown.
Huh, how to grow taller? That's the question I've been asking myself since Form 1. Haha..
Compare with other guys from German, I think they are the extra ordinary one. They don't even need water. One glass of water, that's all they take every day. I called them camels as they don't need much water in their body. Hahaha..shhhhhh, hope they are not reading this blog of mine. Hahaha..
One of them, I even call him the Big Show. He really look like the Big Show and some more, he got an earing on one of his ear. The other one, is like bookworm. Hahaha..(Guess, I'm good in giving nickname to people).
They are going back to German on Sunday. Yesterday, my boss ask me and my colleague if we are free, we could bring them to buy 'pasu bunga'. Hahaha..one question pops into my head.."Can they sit in my little Atos?"

Jogging in Stutong Park
Last Monday, I went for jogging at Stutong Park. When reaching there, I wait for my friend, Judy to arrive. Both of us take a walk in the jungle of Stutong Park. When deep into the trek, somehow, I felt a sense of someone is watching us while we had our walk in the woods. Later, I ask Judy to jog instead of walk as I wants to get out of the woods fast.
It was raining that time, and not many people went for jogging. Only one guy passes us as we enjoy our walk. The rain gets a little big heavier. Judy scares to be trapped in the woods or worst, to be struck by lightning. Hehehe...but for me, I am a little bit of worry about the sense that I have.
We approach a part where it's a little bit too dark. I start to think more and more about the feeling I have. I saw a leaves and it has the shape of human scale. This really scares me but I try to remain as calm as possible as Judy would definitely get freak out if she knows what is in my mind. Then ask we jog, I saw something white flying in the woods. It's like a piece of cloth. But as I turn to the direction, it's gone. I keep thinking, am I imagining? Or there is something in the woods? Geeezzzzzzzz ...
I started to walk faster, hoping to see another human other than us. Lucky, I saw the light!! Hahaha...Judy ask if we should go for another round as it seems to rain. But I just tell her that it's going to rain and it's not a good idea. But the real reason is that I feel insecure inside!! Hahaha...
I told her about this in yoga class but she thought I'm kidding. Hope she is reading this now..Hehehe...

Experiencing Yoga
8-Jun-07 marks the first time I went to yoga. But I am still excited about it and eager to go for another round of yoga today!
The instructor is very slim, skinny and small fellow. She have the perfect figure that any woman would dream of. From her age, I can see that she really know how to control her weight. For me, I think she is too thin. :)
Last week moves in yoga is very difficult. There is one moves.. where the leg are bring up to the head. I totally can't even bend my leg!! Hahaha...but last Tuesday, I am very excited when I manage to bend a little bit. Can't wait to see what will I learn today!
I start to go to yoga with my friend, Li Kim. And later my ex-housemate join us for yoga as well. Her name is Judy. Today, another friend will join me. Guess, I am building a network of yoga geng now. I hope some people who attend the yoga session will go to other yoga class, so that I can build a bigger network of my yoga geng. Hahaha..sound wicked!

First Day In Aerobik Class
Yesterday, 19-Jun-07 mark the first time I went to aerobic class. It's a new experience and new thing to learn. I went with a friend, Shannen. I find it funny when my friend told me that normally they just drop the money into a provided box and write name. The instructor didn't really collect money from us. I guess she just organize this class for her satisfaction, not to earn money. When the class starts, I'm a bit lost. Need to follow every move that they make and I enjoy it. It's nice to think of it that I actually went to aerobik. Hahaha..
We start with moving our head up and down, left and right. Then slowly the shoulder, the leg. It's just warming up but I am already sweating. My hand get a bit tired when we keep on stretching and exercising the hand and shoulder. The music is fantastic. It makes my heart popping and trying to follow the music dancing.
After 30 minutes, suddenly the music stops. I thought it's normal but it's not. There is a power trip happening. Haha...!! The instructor then ask us to take back RM2 and just go home as she try and try but was unable to bring back the music to live. I am a bit dissapointed and at the same time glad. Dissapointed because I am expecting to finish 1 hr aerobik. Glas because I am already feeling very tired.
So, I went back and sit down, satisfy with what I have done today. I'll try to capture some photo in my next aerobik class !!

Few Weeks After Break Up
It's been few weeks now since I broke up with my bf. Somehow, I don't really felt sad or moody or whatever negative emotion that I should have.
In fact, I feel so happy now that I'm single. I do not need to worry of what should I tell or how to makes him happy with me. I do not need to think that much anymore.
I believe things happen for a reason. They always do. Bad things happen so that good things can come. All we need is just patient to wait for something good to come along the way.
Right after breakup, I get in touch with my long lost friend. I am happy and really misses the time we had together. Although not much, but it was such a pleasant to have contacts once again. And without myself realising it, I am beginning to get involves in many activities. Yoga, aerobics, jogging.. Can't wait to see what will happen next.
So, those that read this page. Don't get upset if something bad happens. Remember bad things happen so that more good things can come. Take it as a challenge in life.
