Things to do After Workout

I am back with some tips on exercise & losing weight! Hehehe ...

Most people didn't realize that there is things to take note after each workout. Normally, we just rested on the sofa without thinking what we suppose to do. I read some article the other day. In fact, if we just sit on the chair right after workout, we are harming ourselves, slowly. When we gets older, we will feel the suffering of this normal practice.

So what should we do ?

1. Cool Down - this is very important. It simply means, we need to take a few deep breath and let it go slowly to tell our body to slow down. This should not be missed. Worst, if we skip this, we might end up fainted because our body thought it still need the same amount of energy to keep the whole body into workout position. So, please take few deep breath after you finish your workout.

2. Stretching - Normally, after workout, all our muscles and nerves are "tighten". It's like if you sit too long in front of the computer, your neck feels ache. To relieve the ache, we need to turn our head or massage our shoulder. Same goes to after workout. Stretching simply let our muscle relax.

3. Drink Water - Now water is our daily lifes need. But we need more water especially after workout. Make sure that during the workout, we drink some water (not one bottle!) and after workout, we should drink plenty of water to replace back the lost of "water" in our body.

4. Refuel - Drinking 1 glass of water right after workout isn't enough to replace the fluid. Occasionally, we should drink water within 2-3 hours after the workout.
